Contact NATIONAL AFFILIATION The Samui Expats Club is the only non-profit/for-profit organisation on Samui affiliated with the national Association of Thailand Expat Clubs (ATEC). The official recognition awards benefits to SEC members and assists in club sharing of resources and visits to other Thailand expat clubs. A major milestone has been reached with the announcement of a 'sister' relationship with the highly successful Pattaya Expats Club (over 550 members). Upon joining SEC, members are awarded mutual exchange of Pattaya Expats Club and SEC benefits and privileges. An exchange program of Keynote Speakers from other areas of Thailand is in place with Pattaya Speaker Roster available for Samui Expats Club meetings.
